Ingredients

1.5 oz.	Bourbon
1 oz.	Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz.	Honey Syrup

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker with Ice

2. Shake for 15 Seconds

3. Double Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Nick & Nora

4. Express the oil from Grapefruit Peel over the top

5. Garnish with the Grapefruit Peel

The Brown Derby is a simple cocktail that is thought to have been created in the 1930's at the Vendôme Club in Los Angeles, California. The same Cocktail was created England but went under a different name, the De Rigueur Cocktail.
