Ingredients
1 oz. | Midori |
1 oz. | Vodka |
.5 oz. | Lime Juice |
.5 oz. | Lemon Juice |
Soda Water |
Directions
Combine the Alcohol and Citrus Juice in a Collins Glass over Ice
Top with Soda Water
Stir till Combined
Garnish with a Lemon or Lime Wheel and a Straw
The Midori Sour is less of a Sour and more of a Fizz. It was invented sometime in the 1970's and later became a staple of 80's Night Clubs. If you want an actual Sour, below is a recipe for the 3-Ingredient Midori Sour.

2 oz. | Midori |
1 oz. | Lime Juice |
.5 oz. | Egg White |
Directions
Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker
Dry Shake vigorously for 30 Seconds
Add Ice
Wet Shake for 15 Seconds
Double Strain into a Sour Glass or Coupe
Garnish with a Melon Ball
