Ingredients
1.5 oz. | Earl Grey Tea-Infused Gin (See Below) |
1 oz. | Lemon Juice |
.75 oz. | |
.5 oz. | Egg White |
Directions
Rim a Cocktail Glass with Sugar
Combine all the ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker
Dry Shake vigorously for 20 Seconds
Add Ice to the Shaker
Wet Shake for 15 Seconds
Double Strain into the Sugar Rimmed Cocktail Glass
Garnish with a Lemon Twist
The Earl Grey MarTeani is not a "Martini" but a twist on the Gin Sour. The cocktail was invented by Aubrey Sunders at the Pegu Club in New York City.
Earl Grey Tea-Infused Gin Directions
Pour Gin into a glass Bottle or Jar
Add an Earl Grey Teabag to the container
Let sit a room temperature for at least 2 Hours
