Fireman's Sour

Ingredients

2 oz.	White Rum
1 oz.	Lime Juice
.5 oz.	Grenadine
.5 oz.	Egg White

Directions

1. Combine the ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker

2. Dry Shake vigorously for 30 Seconds

3. Add Ice

4. Wet Shake for 15 Seconds

5. Double Strain into a Rocks Glass over Ice

6. Garnish with an Orange Slice and Luxardo Cherry

The Fireman's Sour was invented in the early 1900's. It possibly got its name from the fiery red color of the drink.
