Ingredients

2 oz.	Dark Rum
.5 oz.	Honey Syrup
.75 oz.	Lemon Juice

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice

2. Shake for 15 Seconds

3. Double Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Nick & Nora

4. Garnish with a Lemon Twist

The Honey Bee, like the Honeysuckle, is a riff on the Bee's Knees. The difference between the drinks is substitution of Gin for White Rum.
