Mojito

Ingredients

2 oz.	White Rum
1 oz.	Lime Juice
.75 oz.	Simple Syrup
8	Mint Leaves
	Soda Water

Directions

1. Muddle the Mint Leaves on the bottom of a Collins Glass

2. Combine the Rum, Simple Syrup and Lime Juice in the Collins Glass over Ice

3. Top with Soda Water

4. Stir till Combined

5. Garnish with a Lime Wheel, Mint Sprig and Straw

The Mojito is a evolution of an old 1500's Cuban cocktail named El Draque. The modern version of the drink first appeared in the early 1900's.
