Ingredients
1.5 oz. | Dark Rum |
.75 oz. | Lime Juice |
1 oz. | |
6 | Mint Leaves |
2 Dashes | Angostura Bitters |
| Chilled Champagne (Sparkling Wine) |
Directions
Combine the Rum, Lime Juice, Mint, Simple Syrup and Bitters in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
Shake for 15 Seconds
Double Strain into a Champagne Coupe
Top with Champagne
Garnish with a Mint Sprig
