The Paloma is a Mexican cocktail thought to have been invented in the 1950's. Despite being originally made with Grapefruit Soda, more and more people have started using Grapefruit Juice and Soda Water. Fever-Tree, however, makes a perfect Grapefruit Soda for this drink. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.
