Dirty Banana

Ingredients

2 oz.

Light Rum

1 oz.

Coffee Liqueur

1 oz.

Banana Liqueur

1 oz.

Cream

1 oz.

Milk

1

Banana

Directions

  1. Combine all the Ingredients in a Blender with Ice

  2. Blend until Smooth

  3. Drizzle Chocolate Syrup on the inside of a Hurricane Glass

  4. Pour Blender Contents into the Hurricane Glass

  5. Garnish with a Banana Slice and a Straw



The Dirty Banana is a Desert Cocktail that is popular in Caribbean Resorts.

Irish Coffee

Ingredients

1.5 oz.

Irish Whiskey

2 Tablespoons

Brown Sugar

Hot Coffee

Cream (or Whipped Cream)

Directions

  1. Combine the Whiskey and Brown Sugar in an Irish Coffee Mug

  2. Add the Coffee but leave room at the top

  3. Stir till Combined

  4. Float Cream on Top



The Irish Coffee's origin is unclear, but is thought to have been created in Ireland in the 1940's. It was made famous in the 1950's after a columnist, named Stanton Delphane had one in Ireland and asked Jack Koeppler, the owner of Buena Vista Café in San Francisco, California, to recreate it. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

Hawaiian Sunset

Ingredients

1.5 oz.

Vodka

.5 oz.

Lime Juice

.5 oz.

Lemon Juice

.5 oz.

1 Barspoon

Grenadine

Directions

  1. Combine all the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice

  2. Shake for 15 Seconds

  3. Double Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Nick & Nora

  4. Garnish with a Lime Slice



The Hawaiian Sunset is a rare Vodka based Tropical Cocktail. It was originally created at the Aku Aku Polynesian Restaurant at the Stardust Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
