Ingredients

.5 oz.	Vodka
.5 oz.	Triple Sec
1 oz.	Pineapple Juice
	Chilled Champagne (Sparkling Wine)

Directions

1. Combine the Vodka, Triple Sec and Pineapple Juice into a Mixing Glass with Ice

2. Stir for 3o Seconds

3. Strain into a Cocktail Glass

4. Top with Champagne

5. Stir for 5 Seconds

6. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and a Maraschino Cherry at the bottom of the Glass
