Directions
Fill half of a Champagne Flute with Champagne
Top it with Chilled Cranberry Juice
Stir for 5 Seconds
Garnish with a Rosemary Sprig
The Poinsettia is Christmas Cocktail that is the Cranberry version of a Mimosa. Like the Mimosa, the Poinsettia is also named after a flower, a flower that is associated with Christmas.
