Revolver

Ingredients

2 oz.	Bourbon (or Rye)
.5 oz.	Coffee Liqueur
2 Dashes	Orange Bitters
1	Orange Peel

Directions

1. Combine the Whiskey, Liqueur and Bitters into a Mixing Glass with Ice

2. Stir for 30 Seconds

3. Strain into a Cocktail Glass

4. Flame an Orange Peel over the top of the Cocktail

5. Garnish with the flamed Orange Peel

The Revolver is a riff on the Manhattan made with Coffee Liqueur. It was created by Jon Santer at Bruno's, a bar in San Francisco. The original was made with Rye Whiskey, but since it's creation, Bourbon has become more commonly used.
