Sherbet Mimosa

Sherbet |
Champagne (Sparkling Wine) |
Directions
Add a couple scoops of any flavored Sherbet into a Champagne Flute leaving some room
Top with Champagne
Garnish with Fresh Fruit
The Sherbet Mimosa is essentially a dessert version of the Mimosa. If you are lactose intolerant, you can substitute the Sherbet for Sorbet, or if you want something more creamy, you can make it a float with Ice Cream instead.
