Ingredients

1.5 oz.	Gin
1 oz.	Apricot Brandy (or Applejack)
1.5 oz.	Orange Juice

Directions

1. Combine all the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice

2. Shake for 15 Seconds

3. Double Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Nick & Nora

The Paradise is the perfect cocktail for anyone with their mind on their money, and their money on their mind. When Snoop Dogg created the worlds largest Gin & Juice in 2018, he created a Paradise. This Cocktail also played a large part in the 1932 film, One Way Passage. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

2 oz.	​Bourbon
.75 oz.	Honey Syrup
.75 oz.	Lemon Juice

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice

2. Shake for 15 Seconds

3. Double Strain into a Rocks Glass over Ice

4. Garnish with a Lemon Twist

The Gold Rush is essentially a Whiskey Sour with Honey instead of Sugar. It was created at the Milk & Honey in New York City. The Penicillin is a riff on this drink, and was created at the same bar.

Ingredients

2 oz.	White Rum
1 oz.	Lime Juice
.75 oz.	Simple Syrup
8	Mint Leaves
	Soda Water

Directions

1. Muddle the Mint Leaves on the bottom of a Collins Glass

2. Combine the Rum, Simple Syrup and Lime Juice in the Collins Glass over Ice

3. Top with Soda Water

4. Stir till Combined

5. Garnish with a Lime Wheel, Mint Sprig and Straw

The Mojito is a evolution of an old 1500's Cuban cocktail named El Draque. The modern version of the drink first appeared in the early 1900's.
