Dry Martini

Ingredients

2.5 oz.

London Dry Gin

.5 oz.

Dry Vermouth

2 Dashes

Orange Bitters

Directions

  1. Combine all the Ingredients in a Mixing Glass over Ice

  2. Stir for 30 Seconds

  3. Strain into a Cocktail Glass

  4. Garnish with a Lemon Twist after Expressing the Oils over Top, or a Green Olive



The Classic Martini, or Dry Martini, is where it all started for Martini's. The Wet Martini is they same drink, but with different ratios of Dry Vermouth and Gin. Nobody knows when or where the first Martini was made, but it was probably sometime in the 1800's. It inspired may riffs and spin-off including the Vodka Martini, Perfect Martini, Dirty Martini and Vesper. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.


Wet Martini

Ingredients

1.5 oz.

London Dry Gin

1.5 oz.

Dry Vermouth

2 Dashes

Orange Bitters

Directions

  1. Combine all the Ingredients in a Mixing Glass over Ice

  2. Stir for 30 Seconds

  3. Strain into a Cocktail Glass

  4. Garnish with a Lemon Twist after Expressing the Oils over Top, or a Green Olive

Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz.

Tequila

1 oz.

Triple Sec

1 oz.

Lime Juice

1 Barspoon

Simple Syrup (Optional)

Directions

  1. Salt the Rim of a Margarita or Rocks Glass

  2. Combine all the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice

  3. Shake for 15 Seconds

  4. Double Strain into the Salt Rimmed Margarita Glass or Rocks Glass over Ice

  5. Garnish with a Lime Wheel



The Margarita's origin is unclear. On theory is that it was invented by a man from Dallas, Texan who was visiting Acapulco, Mexico in 1948. Another theory is that the drink is a simple twist on the Tequila Daisy. The Margarita can be served shaken or blended and flavored by adding fruit. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.


Blended Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz.

​Tequila

1 oz.

Triple Sec

1 oz.

Lime Juice

1 Barspoon

Simple Syrup

Directions

  1. Salt or Sugar the Rim of a Margarita Glass

  2. Combine all the Ingredients in a Blender with Ice

  3. Blend till Combined

  4. Pour into the Salt Rimmed Margarita Glass

  5. Garnish with a Lime Wheel

Bramble

Ingredients

2 oz.

Gin

.5 oz.

Crème De Mûre (Blackberry Liqueur)

1 oz.

Lemon Juice

.25 oz.

Directions

  1. Combine the Gin, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup in a Cocktail Shaker with Cracked Ice

  2. Shake for 15 Seconds

  3. Open Pour into a Rocks Glass

  4. Top with more Cracked Ice

  5. Slowly Pour the Crème De Mûre over the top

  6. Garnish with a Lemon Wheel and a Blackberry
