Ingredients

1 Part	Chilled Champagne
1 Part	Cranberry Juice

Directions

1. Fill half of a Champagne Flute with Champagne

2. Top it with Chilled Cranberry Juice

3. Stir for 5 Seconds

4. Garnish with a Rosemary Sprig

The Poinsettia is Christmas Cocktail that is the Cranberry version of a Mimosa. Like the Mimosa, the Poinsettia is also named after a flower, a flower that is associated with Christmas.

Lava Flow

Ingredients

1 oz.	Light Rum
1 oz.	Malibu (Coconut Rum Liqueur)
.5 Cup	Strawberries
2 oz.	Pineapple Juice
2 oz.	Cream of Coconut
1	Banana
1	Pineapple Wedge

Directions

1. Add the Alcohol and Strawberries into a Blender

2. Blend for 30 Seconds

3. Pour into a Glass and set it to the side

4. After cleaning the blender, Combine the remaining ingredients into it with Ice

5. Blend for 30 Seconds

6. Pour both blended mixtures into a Highball Glass at the same time

7. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge

8. Add a Straw

The Lava Flow is a Frozen Cocktail that is usually associated with Hawaii for obvious reasons. This drink is pretty similar to the Beach Towel and the Miami Vice.

Ingredients

2 oz.	Light Rum
1 oz.	Lime Juice
.5 oz.	Simple Syrup
2 oz.	Cream of Coconut
2 oz.	Pineapple Juice
1	Pineapple Chunk
1 Cup	Strawberries

Directions

1. Combine the Lime Juice, the Simple Syrup, the Strawberries and half of the Rum in a Blender with Ice

2. Blend for 30 Seconds

3. Pour into the Bottom Half of a Hurricane Glass

4. Stick it into the Freezer while you make the Top Half

5. After cleaning the blender, Combine the remaining ingredients into it with Ice

6. Blend for 30 Seconds

7. Pour into the top half of the Hurricane Glass

8. Garnish with a Strawberry and Pineapple Wedge

9. Add a Straw

The Miami Vice actually predates the 80's, but it sure did become popular then. This frozen cocktail is essentially a Piña Colada on top of a frozen Strawberry Daiquiri. It look very similar to the Beach Towel and Lava Flow.
