Cream of Coconut in a Coconut Syrup used in a couple famous Tropical drinks like the Piña Colada and the Painkiller. Store bought Cream of Coconut can be okay if you get the right stuff. Coco Lopez is a good one, but can be somewhat hard to find. Many of the other brands taste really fake so you'd be better off making your own. The vodka is only added to help extend the shelf life.
