Silver Fizz

Ingredients

2 oz.	Gin
1 oz.	Lemon Juice
.5 oz.	Simple Syrup
.5 oz.	Egg White
	Soda Water

Directions

1. Combine the Gin, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Egg White in a Cocktail Shaker

2. Dry Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 Seconds

3. Add Ice

4. Wet Shake for 15 Seconds

5. Strain into a Collins Glass

6. Top with Soda Water

7. Garnish with a Lemon Twist

The Silver Fizz, like the Royal Fizz and Golden Fizz, is a variation of the Gin Fizz. The Gin Fizz contains no Egg, while the Golden Fizz has an Egg Yolk, the Silver Fizz has Egg White and the Royal Fizz has both.

1 Part	Strawberry Purée

Directions

1. Pour the Strawberry Purée in a Champagne Flute

2. Top with Prosecco

3. Stir till Combined

4. Garnish with a Strawberry

The Rossini is a Strawberry version of a Bellini. The drink is also named after Italian Composer name Gioachino Rossini.
