Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

1 Part

Gin

2 Parts

Tonic Water

Directions

  1. Pour the Gin in a Highball Glass over Ice

  2. Top with Tonic

  3. Stir till Combined

  4. Garnish with a Lime Slice and Straw



The Gin and Tonic or G and T is a classic two ingredient Cocktail. It was invented in India by the East India Company to help prevent Malaria.

Apple Crisp

Ingredients

1 Part

​Applejack (Apple Brandy)

1 Part

Chilled Champagne (Sparkling Wine)

2 Parts

Chilled Apple Cider

Directions

  1. Rim a Champagne Flute with Cinnamon Sugar

  2. Combine the Applejack and Cider in the Champagne Flute

  3. Stir till Combined

  4. Top with Champagne

  5. Garnish with an Apple Slice



The Apple Crisp is essentially a Vermosa spiked with Applejack. Cider can refer to different things throughout the world. In a lot of the world, Cider refers to the alcoholic beverage but in the U.S. it is non-alcoholic. It doesn't matter what you use. If you want a bit more of a punch, use the alcoholic kind.

Between The Sheets

Ingredients

1 oz.

Light Rum

1 oz.

Cognac (Brandy)

1 oz.

Triple Sec

.25 oz.

Lemon Juice

1

Orange Peel

Directions

  1. Combine the Alcohol and Lemon Juice in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice

  2. Shake for 15 seconds

  3. Double Strain into a Cocktail or Coupe Glass

  4. Flame an Orange Peel over the top



The Between the Sheets is a riff on the Sidecar. It is thought to have been invented in the 1930's by Harry MacElhone at Harry's New York Bar in Paris, France. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.
